Axis Theatre Company — Theatre

I took my 9-year-old to the Axis Theatre Company program in Vancouver last week, and we had a solid experience. The instructor, Sarah, was very engaging and really knew how to bring out the creativity in the kids. My child got the chance to create a mini puppet show, which was a hit! They worked in pairs and my little one was excited to make a new friend through the process. However, we did encounter some long lines during drop-off that could be improved. It was a bit chaotic at first, and I felt hurried as a parent. But once we got inside, the environment was inclusive and focused, making it easier for the kids to express themselves. Overall, I would recommend this program, especially if your child enjoys being creative and is looking to build confidence in a supportive setting.
