Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of camplee.fun (the "Service"). By using Camplee you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

Camplee is operated by Camplee Inc. ("Camplee", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@camplee.fun.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in email secure.

3. Listings are aggregated information

Listings on Camplee describe third-party kids programs, camps, and activities. We aggregate this information from public sources, from contributions by users, and from providers who have claimed their listings. We are not the provider of these programs. We do not run the camps. We do not verify safety certifications, accreditation, background checks, or insurance. Always confirm details directly with the provider before enrolling.

4. Your contributions

When you submit a contribution (review, story, tags, photo) you keep ownership of it. You grant Camplee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, translate, summarize, and excerpt your contribution as part of the Service and our marketing. You can delete your contribution from your account at any time.

By submitting a contribution, you confirm: (a) it is your own first-hand experience or your child's, (b) it is honest, (c) you are not affiliated with the provider, (d) you are not being paid to post it, and (e) it does not contain personal information about anyone besides you and your family (and where you do mention your family, you do so with care for their privacy).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post fake or misleading reviews
• Impersonate anyone, including a provider
• Harvest data from the site (scraping prohibited without permission)
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Post content that is harassing, defamatory, or violates a child's privacy
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, claim listings you don't own, or impersonate moderators

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Provider claims

Providers can claim their listing for free. To approve a claim we verify that you control the provider's domain or business. Once claimed, you can edit factual information about your program; you cannot remove or modify reviews from families.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any program listed. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camplee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the Service or (b) any third-party program, including any harm arising from the delivery of that program.

9. DMCA / copyright

If you believe material on Camplee infringes your copyright, email us at legal@camplee.fun with: (a) identification of the work, (b) the location on Camplee, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or via a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
