Camplee is built around one stubborn belief: parents shouldn't have to spend six hours figuring out where their kid is going on Monday.

What we are

We're a free decision engine for kids activities — camps, after-school programs, classes, sports, arts. Not a directory. Not a marketplace. A place to see what actually worked for families like yours, written by parents who've been where you are.

How we rank

Every program on Camplee is ranked by what verified families say — their kids' ages, considerations, what worked, what didn't. No paid placement. Providers can claim their listing, but they can't pay to rise in the rankings.

When you see a recommendation labeled "families like yours chose this," it means we found multiple parents whose kids matched yours on age, considerations and budget, and they consistently picked the program. That's it. No black box.

The contribution exchange

Every parent on Camplee benefits from what other parents have shared. So when you visit a page, you'll see two family experiences free, and the rest are gated. You can unlock all of them — for that page, and across the site — by sharing one of your own. Takes 60 seconds.

We do this for two reasons. First, the experiences families share are the entire reason this site is more useful than Google. They deserve some friction-protection. Second, when everyone contributes, the next parent gets a much better answer than the one before them. That's the only way this works.

What we'll never do

• Sell your data. We don't have a data-broker business, and we never will.
• Hide negative contributions because a provider asked us to.
• Run paid placement disguised as organic ranking.
• Collect personal information from kids under 13. Children are attributes of parent accounts on Camplee — they never have their own accounts, and we never collect their precise birthdate.
• Use dark patterns, fake urgency, or "X people viewing this." The whole point is to reduce parental anxiety, not exploit it.

Who's behind this

Camplee was started in 2026 by a parent who got tired of researching summer camps at 11pm. We're a small team, building this with care. If you want to know more, or contribute, or push back on something we said — we'd love to hear from you.
