Young Centre for the Performing Arts — Theatre

We recently took our 6-year-old to the Young Centre for the Performing Arts in Toronto for their weekly theatre program. The instructor, Lisa, was enthusiastic and managed the small group effectively, ensuring every child had a chance to participate. My child particularly enjoyed creating their own character and acting out scenes with the other kids. It was wonderful to see their creativity come to life on stage. However, we did encounter long lines at the box office, which made the check-in process a bit stressful. Overall, it was a fulfilling experience that encouraged my child to express themselves. We will definitely return despite the wait. I would recommend this program for other parents looking to nurture their child's creative side.
