outgoing

My 12-year-old son recently participated in the Theatre program at Bluma Appel Theatre in Toronto, and I found it to be a solid experience. The instructors, like Sarah, were genuinely engaged and really brought out the kids' creativity. My son had the chance to work on a short play, which he thoroughly enjoyed. He even made a couple of friends during the small group sessions. One downside was the long lines during pickup, which could be frustrating after a long day of acting. Overall, I would recommend this program, especially if your child is outgoing and interested in performing arts. The $100 price point felt fair for the quality of instruction and materials provided. We're looking forward to the next session!

My 12-year-old daughter recently attended the Bluma Appel Theatre program in Toronto, and overall, we had a solid experience. The staff, especially our instructor named Sarah, was genuinely engaged with the kids, helping them explore their creativity through various theatre exercises and improvisation games. My daughter built a character for a scene that she was really excited about, which boosted her confidence. However, I did notice that the line for pickup was quite long each week, which made it a bit chaotic at times. Though my daughter is generally shy, she made a couple of friends during the program, which is a big win for her. The price seemed reasonable considering the experience they provide. I would recommend this program, but just be aware of the pickup situation!
