My son attended the Brazilian Soccer Academy in Toronto for a full day last week, and overall, it was a solid experience. The staff, especially our instructor Bruno, were deeply engaged and made the sessions fun without sacrificing skill development. My son loved working on dribbling techniques and even managed to score a few goals during scrimmage time. The small group size really allowed for personalized attention, which I appreciated. However, I did find the pickup process a bit chaotic, with long lines forming as parents waited to collect their kids. A little more organization would go a long way in making that smoother. That said, my son, who is quite active, came home excited about what he learned and even made a new friend, which was a pleasant bonus. I would recommend this program, but just be prepared for a bit of a wait at the end of the day.

The instructors, particularly one named Rafael, really engaged with the kids and focused on skill-building while fostering a team spirit. I noticed that he improved his dribbling and learned some new tricks, which he’s been excited to show off. The outdoor time was a highlight for him, as they got to play on a nice field and enjoy the fresh air. One small annoyance was the long line during pickup; it seemed a bit chaotic at times, but nothing we couldn't manage. He made a few friends, which was great, and I appreciated the focus on discipline and respect alongside the technical skills. I’d recommend it for active kids looking to have fun and improve their game, just be prepared for a bit of waiting during pickup.
