Togeth1r Snowboard Gear & Apparel — Skiing & Snowboarding

We enrolled my 12-year-old daughter in the Togeth1r Snowboard Gear & Apparel program in Toronto this winter, and overall, it was a solid experience. The staff, especially our instructor, Mike, were truly engaged and provided great communication about what to expect each week. My daughter loved learning to snowboard and made a few friends along the way, which is fantastic for her social skills. However, the drop-off process was a bit chaotic; there were many parents and kids all arriving at the same time, making it hard to find a good spot to park and drop her off safely. I recommend arriving a little early to avoid the rush. The equipment selection was impressive, and my daughter enjoyed trying out different gear every week, which kept her excited about returning. If your child is active and ready for some fun in the snow, I think this program is a great choice with a few minor caveats.

My son, who is quite active, loved the hands-on approach and the small group size allowed for personalized attention. However, we did encounter long lines during equipment pickup, which was a bit frustrating, especially in the cold. Despite that, he made a couple of friends and is looking forward to next week's session. The range of gear available was impressive, and it felt good knowing he had the right equipment. I recommend this program, but be prepared for some delays.
