My son recently attended the Exceed Robotics program in Toronto, and overall, we had a solid experience. He’s 9 and absolutely loved building a small robot that could navigate a maze. The instructor, Sarah, was very engaging and clearly had a passion for robotics, making the kids feel excited about what they were learning. However, the classes can get a bit crowded at times, making it hard for everyone to get the attention they might need. Communication about the weekly projects was also good, with updates sent out after every session. It was great to see him develop his creative skills while working on something tangible. While there were moments when he felt a little overwhelmed by the number of kids, he still made a few friends and enjoyed the collaborative aspect of the program. I would recommend this program, but parents should be aware of the class size when registering.
