Envision Robotics STEM Education Studio - Robotics, Coding, 3D Printing — Robotics

We attended the Envision Robotics STEM Education Studio in Toronto last week with my son, who is 6. The hands-on projects, like building a simple robot, really engaged him. His instructor, Jenna, was fantastic; she managed the small group effectively and made sure everyone understood the concepts. My son loved coding his robot to complete a mini obstacle course. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic, with long lines, which was frustrating. Despite that, the atmosphere was welcoming, and my son made a friend in the class, which is always a win for us. I appreciate that they offer different age groups, so I can bring my younger child along too. Overall, it's a solid program for kids interested in STEM, just prepare for a little wait at pickup.

I also appreciated that the group size was small, allowing for more individual attention. However, the pickup process could use some improvement. Each week, I seem to wait in long lines, which can be a bit frustrating after a long day. It would be great if they could streamline this a bit better. Despite the minor annoyance, I would recommend this program to other parents. It has helped my son become more creative and confident in his abilities while learning valuable skills. Plus, he made a new friend there, which is always a plus for me.
