Moorelands Kids — Nature & Outdoors

I enrolled my 9-year-old daughter in the Moorelands Kids Nature & Outdoors program in Toronto, and overall, it was a solid experience. The instructors, like Sarah, were clearly passionate about engaging the kids with nature. During our visit, my daughter loved building a small birdhouse and learning about local wildlife. The small group size allowed for personalized attention, which I appreciated. However, the pickup process was a bit chaotic with long lines, which made it somewhat stressful. Despite that, my daughter made a new friend and was excited every week to share what she learned. If you're looking for a program that encourages outdoor play and fosters friendships, this could be a good fit, but be prepared for the pickup situation.

However, the pickup can get a bit chaotic at times, and we’ve faced long lines as parents wait to collect our kids. A bit of organization could go a long way here. Regardless, my daughter comes home excited about the new skills she’s learning and often shares her newfound knowledge with us. I would recommend this program, especially for children who love the outdoors and are looking to make friends.
