Toronto Arts Academy — Music

We enrolled our 6-year-old at Toronto Arts Academy for weekly music lessons and so far, it's been a positive experience. The instructor, Sarah, is wonderful—she really knows how to engage the kids and make learning fun. My child has been learning to play the piano and is excited about the progress so far. The small group size allows for personalized attention, which has helped build confidence. However, I did notice that the drop-off times can get a bit chaotic, especially with other parents arriving at the same time. We had to wait in line for a few minutes during our first class. Overall, I'd recommend this program for its creative environment and dedicated staff. It seems to be a great fit for our creative little one!

My daughter, who is five and quite shy, recently started attending music lessons at the Toronto Arts Academy. Her instructor, Sarah, has been exceptionally patient and engaged, which has helped my daughter feel more comfortable. They focused on learning simple songs on the piano, and by the end of the session, she was proud to have played 'Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star' on her own. The small class size allowed for more individual attention, which I appreciated. However, I did notice long lines during the drop-off, which made it a bit chaotic at times. Overall, I would recommend this program for young children, especially those who might need a bit more encouragement. The creative projects are a great touch to keep the kids interested and excited about music.
