Hockey Extreme — Hockey

We recently enrolled my 9-year-old son in the Hockey Extreme program in Toronto, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The weekly sessions are well-structured, focusing on skill development while keeping it fun. Coach Mike really engages the kids, ensuring they practice their shots and skating techniques while also making time for small games. My son loves the camaraderie and has made a friend already, which is great to see. However, the pickup can be a bit chaotic; we waited in a long line after class, which was slightly frustrating. Still, I'd recommend this program to other parents looking for a balanced hockey experience for their kids. Just be prepared for some extra time during pickup.

My son built confidence as he practiced passing and learned some game strategies. The small group size allowed for personalized attention. However, there was a bit of a long line at the check-in, which made us late for the first session. It would be helpful if they could streamline that process. Despite this minor inconvenience, my son absolutely loved the experience and is excited to return next week. I would definitely recommend this program to other parents looking for a fun and skill-oriented hockey activity.
