My son recently joined the City Hoops basketball program in Toronto, and overall, it has been a solid experience. The instructors, particularly a coach named Mark, are very engaged and take the time to teach the fundamentals while keeping it fun. My son, who is quite active, has really enjoyed improving his shooting skills and has made some friends in the small group setting. The only downside was the long lines during pickup; it felt a bit chaotic at times and could use better organization. However, the supportive environment they’ve created really helps kids of varying skill levels thrive. I’d recommend it for parents looking for a constructive program, just be prepared for potential wait times.
