Sydney Academy of Sport Campsite Building — Nature & Outdoors

My son attended the Sydney Academy of Sport Campsite Building program last week, and overall, it was a rewarding experience. The hands-on activities kept him engaged, and he particularly enjoyed building a small shelter out of branches and leaves. He also made a few friends during the outdoor games. The staff, especially a friendly instructor named Matt, were attentive and encouraged the kids to explore their creativity. However, I did find the check-in process a bit chaotic with long lines, which made drop-off stressful. Once settled, my son thrived in the outdoor environment and really seemed to enjoy the challenge of the activities. I would recommend this program, especially for active kids who love nature, but be prepared for the initial hassle during pick-up and drop-off.

I appreciated that they spent a lot of time outdoors, allowing the kids to connect with nature. However, the pickup process was a bit chaotic, with long lines that could definitely be improved. Despite this, my son made a couple of friends and came home excited about his day. I would recommend this program but suggest arriving early for pickup to avoid the rush.
