My son attended the CRU Galston Gorge Camp this past weekend, and overall, it was a solid experience. The instructors, particularly a friendly guy named Jake, were very engaging and kept the kids active with various outdoor activities like hiking and team-building games. My son built a small shelter with his group, which he thoroughly enjoyed and even made a new friend in the process. The camp's natural setting is beautiful, and it provided a nice escape from city life. However, we faced some long lines during check-in, which was a bit frustrating, especially after a long drive from Sydney. Despite that minor annoyance, I would recommend this camp for active kids who love exploring nature. My son came home excited about his experiences and eager to return, which is a win in my book.

We recently attended the overnight Nature & Outdoors program at CRU Galston Gorge Camp in Sydney with my 9-year-old daughter. She had a fantastic time exploring the trails and engaging in team-building activities. The instructor, Jake, was particularly enthusiastic and kept the kids engaged throughout the weekend. My daughter built a birdhouse, which she was incredibly proud of, and even made a new friend, which was a bonus. The only downside was the long lines during check-in, which could have been better organized. Overall, it was a solid experience, combining fun and learning in nature. I would recommend it for active kids who love being outdoors!
