Clubs Academy — Nature & Outdoors

We enrolled my 8-year-old son in the Clubs Academy Nature & Outdoors program in Sydney, and overall, it was a positive experience. The instructors, especially a friendly guy named Ben, truly engaged the kids. My son came home excited about the insects he learned about and even built a small bug hotel during one of the sessions. I appreciated the small group size, which gave him plenty of individual attention. However, I did notice that the pickup process could be chaotic, with long lines that made it a bit stressful to get him after class. Despite that annoyance, I felt he had some great outdoor time and developed a deeper appreciation for nature. I’d recommend this program, especially if your child enjoys being active outdoors.

The instructor, Jamie, was very engaging and really knew how to draw the kids into the activities. They spent the week learning about local flora and fauna and even built their own birdhouses. My child was particularly excited about getting to paint it, which they brought home proudly. The small group size allowed for individual attention, which I appreciated. The only downside was the long lines during pickup, which can get a bit chaotic after a long day, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. My child made a new friend in the process, which was heartwarming to see. I would recommend this program for families looking for outdoor activities, just be prepared for a little wait at the end of the day.
