Kong Academy HQ — Nature & Outdoors

I enrolled my 9-year-old daughter in the Nature & Outdoors program at Kong Academy HQ in Seattle, and overall, it was a solid experience. The instructors, like Jamie, were very engaged and seemed to genuinely care about the kids. They spent the day exploring local parks and even built birdhouses out of recycled materials, which my daughter loved. She came home excited about nature and her new friend she made during the activities. However, the pickup process was a bit hectic; we had to wait in a long line that left me feeling a bit frazzled after a long day. Still, my daughter had a great time, and I appreciated the focus on creative projects and outdoor activities. I would recommend this program but suggest arriving early for pickup to avoid the long wait.

But overall, the small group size made it easy for him to make new friends, and he came home excited to share what he had learned about nature. I would recommend this program to parents looking for a fun outdoor experience for their kids, just be prepared for some waiting at the end of the day!
