My 9-year-old daughter participated in the Mariposa Kids Entrepreneurship program in San Francisco, and she really enjoyed it. Each week, the instructor, Jake, fostered an engaging environment where kids could explore their entrepreneurial ideas. They worked on projects like creating a mini-business plan and even designed their own product prototypes. I noticed she became more confident in sharing her ideas with her peers. The group size was small, which allowed for more personalized attention. However, I found the program a bit pricey, especially with the additional costs for materials that weren’t included in the initial fee. Pickup was smooth, with clear communication from the staff, which was a relief. Overall, I would recommend this program for kids who are creative and interested in business, but just be prepared for some extra expenses.
