My son, who is 9, attended Murrayhill's BEST Summer Camp Robotics program in Portland, and overall, it was a solid experience. He built a small robot from scratch, which he was incredibly proud of. The staff, especially an instructor named Mia, were very engaged and helped the kids explore their creativity while working on their projects. I appreciated the small group size, which allowed for more personalized guidance. However, the pickup process was a bit chaotic with long lines, which made it stressful at the end of the day. Still, my son made a new friend and enjoyed every moment of the hands-on activities. I would recommend this program, but just be prepared for some waiting at pickup.

My son attended Murrayhill's BEST Summer Camp's Robotics program in Portland, and he had a great time. He built a functional robot with the help of his instructor, Sam, who was very engaging and enthusiastic about teaching the kids. The small group size really allowed for more personalized attention, which was a plus. However, I did notice that pickup could get a bit chaotic, especially with long lines forming in the afternoon. Despite that, my son loved sharing his experience with the other kids and even made a few friends. This program is definitely suitable for active kids who enjoy hands-on projects. Overall, I would recommend it while being aware of the pickup situation.
