Portland Child Art Studio — Visual Arts

My daughter recently attended the Visual Arts program at Portland Child Art Studio, and overall, we had a positive experience. The instructor, Mia, was incredibly engaging and made the learning process fun. My daughter loved creating a mixed-media collage using various materials like paper and fabric, which sparked her creativity. The small group size allowed for more one-on-one attention, which was fantastic. However, we encountered some long lines during pickup, which could be a bit frustrating after a long day. Nonetheless, I would recommend this program for parents looking to nurture their child's artistic side, especially if they enjoy hands-on projects. Just be prepared to arrive a little early for pickup!

The small group size allowed for individual attention, which I really appreciated. For the price, I think it provides good value, and I would recommend it with the caveat to prepare for some drop-off challenges. Overall, it fostered my son's love of art and helped him make new friends.
