The LEGO® Store CF Rideau Centre — Robotics

We recently attended the Robotics program at The LEGO® Store in CF Rideau Centre with my 6-year-old. The experience was quite engaging! My child built a small robot with wheels and learned how to program it to move—a project that sparked his creativity. The instructor, Sarah, was lovely and provided clear guidance, making the activity not too stressful for the kids, which I appreciated. However, the day we went, the store was a bit crowded, and we had to wait in line longer than expected to check in. It would be nice to have a smoother pickup process next time. Overall, it was a fun experience, and my child loved it. I would recommend it for other parents looking for a creative outlet for their kids, just be prepared for a little waiting.

He was really excited to build his own robot and the small group size allowed for more hands-on help from the instructor, Emily. She was engaging and patient, making sure every child had a chance to put their ideas into action. We encountered a bit of a long line when we arrived, which was a bit frustrating since we had to wait with eager kids. However, once inside, the fun began! My son loved the creative aspects of the project and was proud to show off his robot. Overall, it was a solid experience that I'd recommend, especially for creative kids who enjoy building. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait at the start.
