I took my 15-year-old daughter to the International Center of Photography Museum's weekly photography program in New York, and overall, it was a solid experience. The instructor, Jess, was very engaging and really knew how to encourage creativity in the kids. My daughter loved the hands-on project where they experimented with light and shadow—she even mentioned wanting to continue practicing at home. I appreciated the small group size, which made it easier for everyone to get individual attention. However, we did have to wait in a long line to get in, which was a bit frustrating, especially since we arrived on time. Still, I believe it's a great environment for young, creative minds. Just be prepared for potential wait times. I would recommend this program, but knowing the schedule might help improve the experience.

My 12-year-old attended the photography program at the International Center of Photography Museum in New York, and overall, it was a solid experience. The instructor, Mia, was very engaging and genuinely passionate about photography. She helped the kids really explore their creativity, and my child loved building their own photo project using different techniques. However, the line to get in was a bit long, which made us feel a little rushed at the start. Once inside, the small group size allowed for personalized attention, which was great. The museum setting itself provided a lot of inspiration! I’d recommend this program, especially for kids who are creative and looking to learn more about photography, but be prepared for some initial waiting time.
