I took my 15-year-old daughter to the International Center of Photography Museum's weekly photography program in New York, and overall, it was a solid experience. The instructor, Jess, was very engaging and really knew how to encourage creativity in the kids. My daughter loved the hands-on project where they experimented with light and shadow—she even mentioned wanting to continue practicing at home. I appreciated the small group size, which made it easier for everyone to get individual attention. However, we did have to wait in a long line to get in, which was a bit frustrating, especially since we arrived on time. Still, I believe it's a great environment for young, creative minds. Just be prepared for potential wait times. I would recommend this program, but knowing the schedule might help improve the experience.
