We enrolled our 12-year-old in the Life Skills & Adventures Video Game Design program in Melbourne, and overall, it has been a good experience. My son, who is quite creative, was thrilled to learn how to design his own game. The instructor, Nick, was very engaging and supportive, encouraging the kids to think outside the box. The small group size allowed for plenty of one-on-one interaction, which was a big plus. However, I did feel that the amount of screen time in the program was on the higher side, which made me a bit uneasy at times. The pickup was smooth, and the staff communicated well about the kids' progress. I think my son made a couple of new friends, which is always a bonus. I would recommend this program, especially for kids who are passionate about gaming and creativity, but parents should be aware of the screen time involved.
