We recently enrolled my 9-year-old son in the Powerleague Manchester Nicholls soccer program, and overall, it has been a solid experience. The outdoor 5-a-side pitches are well-maintained, and the instructors, like Adam, really connect with the kids, making the sessions enjoyable. My son loved building his skills during practice and even made a new friend on the first day. However, the pickup process could be smoother; we faced long lines that made it a bit chaotic at times. It's also worth noting that the sessions are lively and might feel overwhelming for more introverted kids. Still, my son is active and thoroughly enjoys the engagement. The program is priced reasonably for what it offers, and I would recommend it to parents looking for a fun after-school activity that promotes teamwork and sportsmanship.
