Manchester Youth Zone — Basketball

I enrolled my 12-year-old son in the Basketball program at Manchester Youth Zone, and overall, it was a positive experience. The sessions run weekly, and the cost was reasonable at about $8, which I appreciate. His instructor, Jake, was particularly engaging and fostered a supportive atmosphere. My son loved developing his shooting skills and made a couple of new friends during the drills. One minor issue we encountered was the long lines during check-in; it could be smoother to get kids on the court faster. However, once we got past that, the small group size really benefited my son, allowing for more personal instruction. The facility is well-maintained, and I felt it was an inclusive environment that welcomed all skill levels. I would recommend this program, especially to active kids looking to improve their basketball skills and make friends.
