My son, who is 9 and tends to be a bit shy, attended the Active Day Camps — Science program in London last week. He had a great time, mostly because the instructor, Sarah, was very engaging and encouraged the kids to dive into their projects. They built simple circuits and even created their own small water rockets, which he loved. The small group size seemed to help him open up and make a few new friends. One downside was the long lines during drop-off, which made mornings a bit chaotic. Despite this, I would recommend it if you're looking for a fun, educational program. Just be prepared to arrive a bit early to avoid the rush.
