TARKA London — Nature & Outdoors

My son attended the TARKA London Nature & Outdoors program last Saturday, and overall, it was a positive experience. The staff, especially an instructor named Sarah, were attentive and genuinely engaged with the kids, helping them to connect with nature. My son got to build a small birdhouse with other children, which not only spurred his creativity but also made him excited about helping wildlife. One downside was the line for pickup—it was longer than expected, which made the end of the day a bit chaotic. However, the small group size and the focus on outdoor activities kept the kids active and entertained. I appreciated the hands-on projects that sparked his interest in nature, and he came home talking about the different birds he learned about. I would recommend this program to other parents, especially those with active kids, but if you’re sensitive to wait times, plan accordingly.

However, I did notice that the pickup process was a bit chaotic, with long lines forming as parents arrived. A more streamlined system would certainly make things smoother. Despite this minor annoyance, I would still recommend the program for its strong emphasis on outdoor exploration and the enthusiastic staff. My child made a new friend as well, which was a lovely bonus.
