Mother Nature Science Holiday Camp | St. John's Wood — Nature & Outdoors

My son attended the Mother Nature Science Holiday Camp in St. John's Wood last week, and overall, we had a great experience. The camp offered a fantastic blend of outdoor activities and hands-on projects. He particularly enjoyed building a birdhouse and learned a lot about local wildlife. The instructors, especially a lovely woman named Emma, were very engaged with the kids and made the learning feel natural and fun. One small annoyance was the long lines during pickup; it took us about 20 minutes to get through on the last day. However, my son made a good friend there, which made the whole experience worthwhile. I would recommend this camp for active kids who love being outdoors and learning about nature, but just be prepared for the wait at the end of the day.

However, the check-in process on the first day was a bit chaotic, with long lines and unclear directions, which made drop-off a little stressful. Once inside, though, my daughter thrived on the outdoor time, and she even made a new friend to share the experience with. I’d recommend this camp for kids who are active and enjoy nature, but just be prepared for some initial waiting. Overall, it was a rewarding experience that fostered her love for the environment.
