We recently enrolled my 9-year-old in the Holiday Academy day-camp with Forest School in London, focused on entrepreneurship. Overall, it was a solid experience. The instructor, Sarah, was very engaging and made the concepts easy to grasp, even for children who might feel shy. My child came home excited about the mini-business project they worked on, where they created a mock-up of a lemonade stand, complete with pricing and marketing strategies. They also made a good friend, which was a lovely bonus. One small annoyance was the long lines during pick-up, which could be frustrating for parents waiting to get their kids, but I understand that this is often the case with camps. The outdoor activities really gave the kids a chance to explore their ideas freely, and the environment felt inclusive. While the camp had its small hiccups, I would recommend it for kids looking to boost their creativity in a fun, outdoor setting.
