Edmonton North Zone Soccer Association — Soccer

My son participated in the Edmonton North Zone Soccer Association's weekly program for 5-7 year-olds. He really enjoyed the hour-long sessions, especially learning how to dribble and score goals. The instructor, Chris, was enthusiastic and made the kids feel comfortable, which I appreciated. My son made a friend during practice, which was a nice bonus. However, I found the pickup process a bit chaotic. On our first day, we waited in a long line to collect him, which was a little frustrating. The outdoor time was great, and the activities kept him engaged throughout the session. Overall, I would recommend the program, but I suggest arriving a bit early to avoid the rush at the end. It's a solid choice for active kids looking to have fun and learn soccer skills.

My son loved the drills and was particularly excited about scoring a goal during a practice scrimmage. The program takes place outdoors, which my son enjoyed, but the lines at drop-off can get a bit long, making it a bit chaotic at times. Fortunately, the staff handled it well, keeping things organized despite the rush. It’s a great option for kids who are active and enjoy being outside. I would recommend it, but I'd advise arriving early for pickup to avoid the congestion.
