My son just finished a six-week session at Youth Football Field 1 in Denver, and overall, it was a solid experience. The coaches, particularly a guy named Jake, were great at keeping the kids engaged and motivated. They focused not just on skills but also on teamwork, which my son really enjoyed. He loved scoring his first goal and even made a friend during practice. One downside was the pickup process; it often felt chaotic with a lot of parents and kids all trying to exit at once. It was stressful for a few minutes as I searched for my son amidst the crowd. Additionally, there were long lines for the restrooms, which could be improved. However, the small group sizes meant my son received good individual attention, and the outdoor setting was perfect for energetic kids. I would recommend this program, but just be prepared for some logistical challenges. Overall, it was a good experience that helped my son grow his love for soccer.
