My 15-year-old daughter has been attending the Screen Acting Academy in Calgary for a few months now, and we've seen a notable improvement in her confidence and acting skills. The classes are structured, focusing on hands-on training and scene work, which she really enjoys. The small group size allows for more personalized attention from the instructor, Jessica, who is incredibly engaging and supportive. One highlight for my daughter was creating her audition clip; she put a lot of effort into it and loved every moment of the process. However, I did find the tuition a bit on the high side, especially since there are additional costs for things like headshots. Overall, I would recommend this program for teens interested in acting, just be prepared for the financial commitment.
