Quest Theatre — Theatre

We enrolled my daughter in Quest Theatre's weekly program in Calgary this fall, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The staff, especially our instructor, Jenna, were incredibly engaged and made the sessions fun and interactive. My daughter was able to create her own character and even participate in a short play, which she loved. It was beautiful to see her confidence grow as she made friends with her peers. However, I did notice that the drop-off lines can get quite long, which was a bit frustrating at times. My child is naturally shy, so I was worried about how she’d adapt, but the inclusive environment helped her feel comfortable. The price range is also reasonable for what they offer, making it a worthwhile investment in her creativity. I would definitely recommend this program, especially for kids who enjoy storytelling and performance.

They worked on creative projects, and she was thrilled to create her own character for the final performance. It was lovely to see her make a friend in the process too. One annoyance was the crowded pick-up area; it made it a bit chaotic at times, especially with younger kids wandering off. Also, the noise level was pretty high, which might be overwhelming for some neater kids. However, the program's focus on creativity and collaboration kept my daughter excited to return each week. I'd recommend it, but parents should be ready for a bustling environment during drop-off and pick-up.
