Lunchbox Theatre — Theatre

I recently attended the Lunchbox Theatre program in Calgary with my 6-year-old. The half-day schedule was perfect for keeping their attention, and they had a blast creating their own short play about friendship. Our instructor, Sarah, was engaging and encouraged the kids to express themselves, which I really appreciated. The small group size allowed for lots of individual attention, and my child even made a new friend during the session. One small annoyance was that the lobby felt a bit crowded when we picked up the kids, which made it challenging to find my child at first. Overall, I'd recommend this program for its unique blend of creativity and social interaction, especially for kids who enjoy imaginative play.

Overall, I think this program is a fantastic way for kids to explore theatre and enhance their imaginative skills. Just keep in mind the potential wait times if you’re planning to pick them up right after. We would definitely recommend it to other parents considering a creative outlet for their little ones.
