We enrolled our son in the Triwest Soccer program in Calgary, and overall, it’s been a solid experience. The weekly sessions have been fun and engaging thanks to Coach Amy, who clearly knows how to keep the kids entertained while teaching them the basics of soccer. My son has enjoyed practicing dribbling and even got to score a couple of goals during the scrimmages. Pickup can be a bit chaotic, as there were often long lines to get the kids after their practice, which can be a little frustrating. However, the staff has been very attentive and supportive, making sure each child feels included. The outdoor time is definitely a highlight, especially on sunny days. I would recommend this program to other parents looking to get their kids active, but it might help to arrive a bit early to avoid the pickup rush.

We enrolled our 6-year-old son in the Triwest Soccer program in Calgary this season, and overall, we’ve had a solid experience. The instructors, like Coach Jamie, are genuinely engaged and provide a fun and encouraging environment for the kids. Our son has enjoyed learning the fundamentals of soccer while also making a new friend in the process. The outdoor setting has been a great change of pace for him, especially during the warmer months. However, we did run into some long lines during check-in, which could be chaotic at times. It would be nice if they could streamline that a bit. Still, the weekly sessions have been worthwhile, and we plan to continue next season. If you're looking for an affordable program where your child can get active and socialize, I'd recommend giving Triwest Soccer a try.
