Foothills Soccer Skills Centre — Soccer

I recently enrolled my 6-year-old son in the Foothills Soccer Skills Centre in Calgary, and overall, it was a solid experience. The coaches, like Sara, really engaged with the kids, which made the practices enjoyable. My son loved learning new dribbling skills and even scored a goal during the scrimmage, which boosted his confidence. The small group size meant he got a lot of individual attention, which was great. However, I did notice some long lines during pickup, which could be frustrating, especially after an energetic session. Despite that, he made a couple of friends and is always excited to go back each week. I would recommend it to other parents, especially if your child enjoys being active and playing soccer.

My child has particularly enjoyed learning dribbling techniques and even scored a goal during practice last week. However, I noticed that on Saturdays, the sessions can get quite crowded, making it challenging to keep an eye on all the kids. The registration process was straightforward with a decent pickup system in place, so I appreciated that. If you're looking for a fun and active program for your little one, I would recommend it with the caveat to try and avoid peak times.
