OBotz Calgary South West — Robotics

My son attended the OBotz Robotics program in Calgary at the Elbow Drive location. The instructor, Tara, was incredibly engaged and made sure each child felt included. Over the course of a few weeks, he built a small robot that could navigate through a simple obstacle course, which was exciting to see. The small group size allowed for more personalized attention, which he thrived on. However, I did notice that the weekends can get a bit crowded, making pickup somewhat hectic at times. Overall, it's a solid program for kids aged 8-10 who are creative and focused. I would recommend it but suggest attending during off-peak times if possible.

If you're considering this program, I’d recommend it for creative kids who enjoy working with their hands, just be prepared for a slightly chaotic pickup experience.
