Anacrusis Music — Music

My daughter has been attending Anacrusis Music in Calgary for a few months now, and overall, we’ve had a positive experience. The weekly lessons are well-structured, and she’s made real progress in her guitar skills. The instructors, like Leo, are not only knowledgeable but also create a welcoming atmosphere for all students, which I appreciate as a parent. She especially enjoyed the group performance opportunities, which helped her build confidence and teamwork skills. One thing to note is that the pickup process can get a bit hectic on busy days, leading to some long lines, so arriving early helps. However, the small group sizes allow for personalized attention, and I’ve noticed her creativity blossoming through their projects. If you're looking for a program that supports young musicians in a diverse environment, I’d recommend Anacrusis with some minor caveats regarding the pickup.

I enrolled my 15-year-old daughter in the Anacrusis Music program in Calgary, and she has been participating for the past few weeks.
