Tuck-N-Tumble Gymnastics — Gymnastics

My five-year-old daughter recently started attending Tuck-N-Tumble Gymnastics in Calgary, and overall, it’s been a solid experience. The instructor, Sarah, has a wonderful way with the kids, keeping them engaged while teaching new skills. My daughter loves that she’s learning to do cartwheels and bridge poses with other kids her age. The small group size really helps them get individual attention. However, there was a bit of a hassle with long lines during the drop-off, which made us a bit late for our first class. It seems like they could better manage that, but once we got inside, the environment felt very inclusive and welcoming. As an active child, my daughter thrives here. I appreciate that they promote fitness and confidence in a playful way. We're looking forward to continuing classes and hope to see some improvements in the logistics.

The staff, especially our instructor Mia, are very engaged and attentive, which is reassuring for us parents. My daughter has not only learned some basic gymnastics skills but also gained a lot of confidence in her abilities. The small group size allows for more personalized attention, which I appreciate. However, I did find the pickup process a bit chaotic at times, especially with long lines forming as parents arrived to collect their kids. It can be a little overwhelming on busy days. That said, my daughter has made a couple of friends in her class, which has been a lovely bonus. I would recommend this program for active kids looking to try gymnastics and build their skills in a supportive environment.
