Alberta Gymnastics Federation — Gymnastics

My daughter, who's 9 and full of energy, has been attending the Alberta Gymnastics Federation in Calgary for the past few months. Overall, we've had a positive experience. The instructors, particularly a coach named Sarah, are incredibly engaged with the kids, which makes a big difference. My daughter really enjoys the small group sizes, allowing for more personalized attention. She's learned how to do a back handspring and even tried out some trampolining. It's wonderful to see her confidence grow. However, the waiting area can get quite crowded, especially on weekends, which makes it a bit chaotic during pickup times. Despite this minor annoyance, I would recommend the program for its skilled staff and supportive environment. Just be prepared for a little hustle during drop-off and pickup.
