Calgary Stars Dance Studio — Dance

My daughter loved her time at Calgary Stars Dance Studio this past January through March. Every Friday from 5 to 6 PM, she attended classes where she learned a mix of Ballroom and Latin dances. Her instructor, Sarah, was fantastic—very attentive to the kids and made sure they were all engaged. The small class size allowed for personalized attention, which was great for her. She made a friend there, which was a lovely bonus! The only downside was the long lines at pickup; it took a bit longer than expected each week, which was a little frustrating, especially when I was in a hurry. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I’d recommend it to other parents looking for an engaging dance program for their energetic kids.

The small group size allowed for more personalized attention, which I appreciated. However, I did find the drop-off process a bit chaotic at times, particularly when trying to find a parking spot. It’s also a little pricey compared to other programs, but the quality of instruction seems worth it. Overall, I’d recommend this program, especially if your child loves to dance and be social.
