Palak StudioInk - Art Class | Face Painting | Paint Night — Visual Arts

We recently attended the Palak StudioInk art class in Calgary with my 6-year-old, and overall, it was a solid experience. My child loved the face painting activity, where they got to create their own designs with the help of the instructor, Mia, who was incredibly patient and encouraging. The small group size really allowed for individual attention, which I appreciated. However, I did notice that the class was somewhat crowded, making it a bit chaotic at times, especially during the pickup when multiple parents were trying to get their kids at once. Despite this, my child came home excited about their creations and can’t wait to go back next week. I’d recommend this program for any creative kids, but just be prepared for a bit of hustle during pickup.

My daughter attended the weekly face painting class at Palak StudioInk in Calgary, and overall, it was a positive experience. The instructor, Jenna, was very engaged and made sure each child felt included while working on their projects. My daughter created a lovely butterfly design on her face and even got to paint a small canvas, which she was really proud of. Although the small class size allowed for great interaction, we did encounter long lines during the initial check-in, which could be improved. The environment was supportive, and my daughter, who is quite creative, loved every moment. I appreciate that the program fosters artistic expression and encourages kids to try new things. I would recommend this class but suggest arriving early to avoid the waiting time.
