BK Bots — Robotics

I enrolled my 9-year-old son in the BK Bots robotics program in Brooklyn, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. Each week, he eagerly anticipates his class, where he has built various robots from scratch, learning to program them to perform tasks. The instructor, Jake, is especially engaging and has a knack for making complex concepts accessible. The small group size also allows for more individualized attention, which really benefits the kids. My only minor annoyance was the somewhat chaotic pickup process, as multiple parents crowded the area, making it hard to find my son at times. However, the excitement on his face after every class makes it worth it. He’s also made a couple of friends, which is an added bonus. I’d definitely recommend BK Bots to other parents looking for a creative outlet for their kids.

Still, my child came home happy and even made a new friend. I recommend this program for kids who are creative and enjoy building things, just be prepared for some logistical challenges during pickup.
