We enrolled our son, who is 9, in the Robotic S.T.E.A.M. — Coding program in Brooklyn, and overall, it was a solid experience. The small group size allowed for individualized attention, which was great. The instructor, Jamie, was very engaging and had a knack for explaining coding concepts in a way that kept the kids interested. Each week, my son worked on a project to build a simple robot, which he absolutely loved. However, the drop-off process was a bit chaotic, with long lines forming at the entrance, which made it stressful to get him settled before heading to work. Despite that, the hands-on projects and the supportive environment were enough for us to recommend it, especially for kids who are focused and creative like ours.
