Needham Youth Field Hockey — Hockey

My daughter has been attending the Needham Youth Field Hockey program in Boston for the past few weeks, and overall, it's been a solid experience. She is 9 years old and has really enjoyed the outdoor practices every Saturday morning. The instructor, Sam, is very engaging and has a knack for keeping the kids focused while also making it fun. They worked on basic skills and played some friendly games, and my daughter has already made a new friend, which I think is a great bonus. One small issue we encountered was the long lines for pickup; it can get a bit chaotic as more kids come out at once. However, the staff is friendly and does their best to manage the situation. If your child is active and enjoys team sports, I would recommend this program with caution regarding the pickup situation. It's been a positive experience overall.
