SoccerZone South Austin — Soccer

My son just finished his first term at SoccerZone South Austin, and overall, we had a good experience. The instructors, like Coach Jake, were really engaged, encouraging the kids to develop their skills while emphasizing teamwork. My son, who is very active, loved working on his dribbling and scoring goals in practice. The facility is nice, and I appreciate the outdoor time, which really keeps the kids energized. However, I found the pickup process a bit chaotic sometimes. There were long lines, and it felt a little disorganized. That being said, my son has made a couple of friends, which is a huge win for him. If you're looking for a solid soccer program for kids aged 5-7, I’d recommend giving this place a try, just be prepared for the busy pickup times.

We recently enrolled our 6-year-old in the soccer program at SoccerZone South Austin, and overall, it was a solid experience. The coaches, especially Mia, were genuinely engaged and worked well with the kids, making sure everyone felt included. My child loved the outdoor time and got to learn the basics of soccer while having fun with a small group of peers. However, we did encounter some long lines during pickup, which was a bit frustrating after a long week. It seemed to slow down the process considerably. Despite that, my child came home every week excited to share what they learned and even made a friend in the process. I appreciate how the program encourages teamwork and physical activity in a supportive environment. I would recommend it, but maybe consider arriving a bit earlier for pickup to avoid the hassle.
