My 6-year-old just completed a session at Escuelita Del Alma in Austin, and overall, we had a positive experience. The instructor, Sofia, was very engaging and made learning Spanish fun through interactive games and songs. My son built a colorful poster about his family using vocabulary words, and he was quite proud of it. The small group size allowed for personalized attention, which really helped him feel comfortable participating, especially since he's a bit shy. One annoyance was the long lines during drop-off and pick-up, which made it chaotic at times. If you're looking for a nurturing environment that helps kids develop language skills, this program is a solid choice, just be prepared for some waiting. We’ll likely enroll again next semester!

We recently enrolled our 6-year-old in the Escuelita Del Alma language program in Austin, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The class meets weekly, which fits well into our schedule. My child loved working on a fun project where they got to create their own storybook in Spanish. The instructor, Maria, was incredibly engaging and made the lessons lively. My child has become more confident in speaking and using new vocabulary. However, I did notice that drop-off can be a bit chaotic, as there were several parents trying to get in at the same time, which made it stressful for a moment. Despite this, the small group size allowed for more individualized attention, which I appreciated. I would recommend this program, particularly for kids who enjoy creative activities and thrive in a supportive environment.
