RoboCode Kids — Coding

My son attended RoboCode Kids in Austin this past semester, and overall, we had a solid experience. His instructor, Sarah, was very engaging and kept the kids interested throughout the coding sessions. They worked on a fun project where they built their own simple games, and I was impressed with how eager he was to show me his creation at home. The small group size made it easy for him to get direct help when he needed it. One downside was the long lines during pickup; it could get a bit chaotic with parents waiting around. However, the positive environment and focus on creativity made it worthwhile for us. I think kids who are a bit focused will benefit a lot from this program. We plan to enroll again next term.

I enrolled my 9-year-old daughter in the RoboCode Kids program in Austin, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The coding activities are engaging—she particularly enjoyed creating a simple video game using the coding basics they taught. The instructor, Sarah, was fantastic at helping the kids understand the concepts and kept them motivated throughout the session. The small group size really allowed for individual attention, which I appreciated. However, pick-up was a bit chaotic with long lines, and I wish there had been a more organized system in place. My daughter found a friend here, which was a bonus, and she's excited about returning each week. I would recommend this program, but be prepared for potential delays during pick-up time.
