Playhood — Video Game Design

My 12-year-old attended the Playhood Video Game Design program in Amsterdam for the past month, and overall, it has been a solid experience. The instructor, Mia, was very engaged and made the sessions fun while teaching the kids about game mechanics and story design. My child loved creating their own character and game levels, which sparked their creativity. However, I did notice that there can be long lines during pickup, which was a bit of a hassle after a long day. The small group size allowed for personalized attention, which I appreciated. My child is quite creative and thrived in this environment, making new friends along the way. I would recommend this program, but just be prepared for a potentially lengthy wait at the end of the day.
