We recently attended the weekly climbing program at Bouwspeelplaats Het Landje Elan in Amsterdam with my 8-year-old. Initially, the long lines during check-in were a bit frustrating, but once inside, the experience improved significantly. The instructor, Lisa, was engaging and provided clear guidance, which my daughter appreciated. She climbed various walls and even made a friend during the process. I loved that the group sizes were small, which allowed for personalized attention. The outdoor setting was a bonus, giving her plenty of fresh air while being active. The only downside was that after the climbing session, we had to wait a little longer than expected during pickup. Overall, it's a solid program for kids who are active and enjoy climbing. I would recommend it, but just be prepared for some waiting at the start.
